A shaman is the priest, doctor, myth keeper who acts as an intermediary between the visible material world and the invisible world of spirit to bring healing and preserve the wellbeing of the community.

In practicing shamanic yoga we delve into the invisible realms to bring healing to the parts of our lives that have become stuck or broken, to retrieve lost power, and show us a path that is lined with opportunity, possibility and purpose, for ourselves, our loved ones, the community and the earth.

Shamanic yoga reawakens our connection to all life, to spirit and the universe - Union.

No shamanic experience necessary. A basic understanding/experience of yoga is preferable.
